Catering Pans

Made famous by Ted Cerniglia and his family's recipes. You can now order your favorite pasta dishes by the pan. Let us make your event a little easier. All options are available hot or cold to take with you or have delivered for an additional fee. A half pan feeds approx. 15 people and a full pan feeds approx. 30 people. These items will be prepared in foil pans without any hot holding equipment. Simple, take and bake style.
